• Compliance with HR policies and procedures with all local audits & statutory.
• Support for HR full spectrum function and administrations, including provide information, advice and resolve employees’ queries/ HR issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in employee welfare programs planning and execution.
• Any other day-to-day administrative or ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource management or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
• Familiar with HR softwares
