• Support and co-ordinate booking of rooms and facilities (within and off campus) for department including but not limited for student leaders.
• Provide support to the Murdoch Edge team on administrative and operational duties.
• Assist and support the Murdoch Edge team and trainers with the facilitation of workshops and seminar.
• Manage and support any ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Prior experience in coordinating and supporting workshops/events/projects will be advantageous.

Operation Manager

Salary: $3000 - $3500

Working Day: Mon to Sun, 5 days work week

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (but it can vary as outlets open at 12pm daily)

Working Location: TEXTILE CENTRE (Bugis)

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlets, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency and standards. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, maintaining high standards of SOP and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to General Manager
• Oversee daily operations in outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, minimizing complaints.
• Implement, enforce and maintain brand and outlet SOPs to enhance productivity and service quality across all outlets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
• Monitor and ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality are maintained.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Skills and Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry

Audit Senior

Working hour: 8 hours per day (Flexible time, can choose during interview)

• 7.30am - 4.30pm
• 8.00am-5.00pm
• 8.30am-5.30pm
• 9.00am - 6.00pm

• Able to lead a team of audit associates
