Requirements:

• 3–5 years of HR experience in a multinational corporate setting.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proactive, independent, and hands-on, with strong initiative.
• Detail-oriented, skilled in administration, and proficient in HR processes, with advanced competency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
• Strong planning, organizational, and change management abilities.
• Analytical mindset, with a solid understanding of the commercial impact of HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sale department

• Co-ordinate between customers and transporters, warehouse etc

• Preparation of documents for Import / Export/ Transhipments / D/O release

• Verifying for all costs

• Attend to enquiry on rates, shipment tracking, etc

• Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment
