Responsibilities:

Staffing

• Work with the hiring managers on manpower requests and ensure timely filing of vacancies.

• Upgrade network hardware and software components as required, while ensuring adherence to Cybersecurity Act, Cybersecurity Code of Practice(CCOP)

Requirements:

About the Role

You will be part of the Business Development department, responsible for formulating and executing tenant leasing strategies and building strong tenant relationships within Food court/Coffee Shops.

Highly sensitive to what is happening in the food industry market, you will be able to identify market trends, and capitalize on opportunities to secure new tenancies.
