We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 5-8 years of comprehensive HR experience to work with our HR Team, to be based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of labour laws, excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a proven track record of success in managing diverse HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for the full spectrum of human resources, administrative, recruitment processes and onboarding process.
· Review and manage HR policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations and local regulatory compliance.
· Maintain and upkeep of employee records. This includes all HR Reports and MOM surveys.
· Assist with daily operations of the HR functions e.g. employee enquiries, grievances and complaints, and all work-related HR issues.
· Coordinate training and development activities for employees.
· Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
· Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to create insightful HR reports and presentations.
· Handle ad-hoc activities as and when requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations, knowledge or other Asia countries will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Knowledge of HRIS (BIPO) will be an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful mindset, strong attention to detail and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
