Job Summary:

It is seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Admin Assistant to join its team. This role is crucial in providing administrative support throughout the entire 360-degree recruitment cycle for migrant workers. • Salary : Basic up to $3500 + Transport Allowance $100 + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am to 6pm; Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Location: Geylang Bahru

Job Scope:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in day-to-day business operations
• Manage customer orders, including related documentation, and coordinate transport bookings with carriers based on specified routing and service levels
• Monitor the execution of transport activities
• Handle customer requests and address incidents or disruptions in the supply chain
• Assist in the on-boarding process for new suppliers
• Act as a backup for supervisors in case of their absence
• Facilitate the on-boarding, training, and guidance of new staff during their initial period
• Assist supervisors in updating and revising work instructions and provide feedback on best practices
• Continuously on-board and train suppliers on SOPs and system usage

Responsibilities:

• Receive and check goods
• Inspect goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, quality, and acceptable condition.
• Picking, issuing to production, packaging, and labelling products before they are release to truckers.
• Use of hand-held equipment to verify outgoing shipment is accurate.
• Have knowledge on use of basic equipment’s like pallet jacks to move goods, use of tools to perform job.
