• Prepare financial reports (such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements) accurately and on time.
• Provide financial reports to management and external stakeholders, when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Singapore FRS, and internal policies.
• Ensure proper intercompany reconciliation and oversee intercompany reporting.
• Provide support for SAP AMS and implement enhancements together with the IT team.
• Work closely with the commercial team, C-level executives, and other departments to streamline processes.
• Lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency of financial reporting and operations.
• Establish internal controls.
• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Cross-functional collaboration with the commercial team, C-level executives, and other departments.
• Liase with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist in preparing and filing GST, corporate tax, and other statutory returns.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Education and Experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CA is required.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in general ledger accounting or financial reporting.
• Past MNC exposure would be advantageous.
• Hands-on with SAP AMS.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and Singapore FRS.
• Expertise in month-end and year-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and tax filings.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
