Audax is looking for a recruiter with experience in in-house full cycle recruitment, to be part of the team that drives Audax’s BaaS solution. Ideally, you come from high growth environments in varying organisation sizes, and you have a good understanding of the challenges across the FinTech talent landscape.
This is a contract role.
What you will be doing?
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner with the business functions on the full cycle of recruitment activities.
- Own and manage the end-to-end interview, selection and offer process, which includes the management of job advertisement channels, CVs screenings & selections, drafting and negotiating offer packages.
- Work closely with the Hiring Managers and HRBP teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new hires and transfers.
- Work closely with the organisation's staff resourcing vendors to lead and support the selection process of technology contractors.
- Collaborate with the HRBP team to craft recruitment strategies and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Support talent acquisition team on cross-functional recruitment.
- Craft and champion a best-in-class candidate experience.
What you need to be successful in this role?
- 6 years of recruitment experience with minimum 3 years in-house with a fast moving & high growth company.
- In-house experience with FinTechs is a preferred.
- A good track record and experience in Tech & Product recruitment is a must. Experience recruiting across all organisational functions will be good.
- Have solid knowledge and know the best practice to successfully drive the recruitment activities.
- Ability to identify and prioritise tasks in accordance with urgency and business needs.
- Possesses a business-centric yet people-focused mindset towards the stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- This is an Individual Contributor role, reporting to the HR Lead.
