Administrative Support:
* Manage the Director’s calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and projects scheduling
* Screen and respond to emails, and written correspondence
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Operational Support:
* Coordinate the planning and execution of L&D programs and initiatives
* Assist with the development and implementation of L&D strategies and policies
* Manage vendor contracts and relationships for L&D services
* Provide logistical support for L&D events, workshops, and training sessions
* Maintain and update department resources and systems, including databases and software
Project Management
*Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance L&D goals
* Prepare project reports and status updates for the Director and other stakeholders
* Assist with research, data analysis, and report preparation related to L&D initiatives
Special Initiatives:
* Coordinate the development and implementation of communication plans and outreach initiatives for the L&D department
* Maintain a positive and professional image of the L&D department through effective communication and relationships
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any courses
- Min 1 to 2 year of L&D exp
