1. Provides administrative support to the Department in implementing and administration of the Company’s HR policies (Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Manpower Planning).
2. Assists in preparing Employment Contracts for HR Manager’s approval before submitting to MD’s / GM’s signature.
3. Administers and processes foreign workers’ immigration matters, Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass application, renewal and cancellation, foreign workers’ insurance matters, home leave, etc.
4. Assists in the administration of Work Injuries Compensation Act and Retirement and Re-employment Act.
5. Provides administrative assistance in the implementation of Company’s HR policies so that overtime, work on rest days and public holidays are properly implemented.
6. Monitors the utilization and administration of employee benefits e.g. medical, leave, staff insurance and highlights discrepancies to HR Officer / HR Manager for corrective actions.
7. Assists HR Officer in the research to update the Employee Handbook so that it reflects changes in policies government and Company policies.
8. Assists HR Officer to carry out regular research on changes in MOM advisories on employment matters and updates HR Manager, HODs and Directors.
9. Assists in maintaining and updating employees’ personnel files accurately.
