Our Client, a Listed firm is seeking to recruit a Company Secretary as part of their growth plan.

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

• To act as company secretary for the listed entity and other Singapore-incorporated subsidiaries
• Manage a full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for the group, including coordination and facilitating quarterly board meetings, minutes writing and resolution, and providing advice and support to board members
• Attend Annual General Meeting
• Act as SGX authorised user/representative, prepare and release SGX announcements, and submission of documents to SGX RegCo
• Liaise with corporate service providers, auditors, lawyers and other external parties on Corporate secretarial matters
• Support the management and board members in the corporate secretarial and compliance matters

Responsibilities:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and ICSA qualification
• Possess minimally 8 years of experience in managing corporate secretarial matters, preferably in a listed company
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act 1967 and SGX Listing Rules
• Able to communicate and work well with people

• Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in accordance to the requirements set out in the Vendor’s Tender Document
• To compile and provide all the samples, catalogues, method of statements, risk assessments, layout details, design drawings, operational & manual, and as-built drawings for review and approval

Requirements:

• Diploma and or Degree in Electrical and Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
