What you will do

The Lead, Talent & Culture is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for designing and

implementing the talent & culture strategy to support our growth and success. You will play a critical role

in developing and sustaining a high-performance culture, ensuring that talent development, capability

building, and employee engagement are aligned with our strategic goals. You will work closely with senior

leadership and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous learning & development, ensuring

Culture Development

What you need to be successful

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.

10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on culture, talent management, learning & development in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or technology company.

Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of talent and culture programmes.

Strong leaderships skills with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across the organization.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution.

• A Welder is responsible for joining metal components using various welding techniques to create strong, durable, and high-quality metal structures and parts.
• This role requires precision, technical skill, and adherence to safety standards to ensure that welds meet industry standards and project specifications.
• Perform welding operations using MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), SMAW, and other welding methods.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and specifications.
• Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, cutting, and grinding materials as needed.
• Assemble and fit metal components before welding, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
