Job Scope

• Conduct a monthly review of management financial statements, including those from the China subsidiaries.
• Perform month-end closing activities, which involve financial analysis, reconciliations, and other related tasks.
• Prepare and submit quarterly reports to the Head Office, summarizing the company's financial performance.
• Manage and plan cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability and meet its financial obligations.
• Handle daily transactions, including raising invoices, processing payments, and managing debit and credit notes.
• Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare and file quarterly GST returns as required by tax regulations.
• Manage the submission of withholding taxes for relevant transactions, adhering to tax laws.
