Job Objectives

The Bank’s Group Technology and Operations (GTO) IT division in Singapore is looking for an experienced System analyst to join the Global Markets Enterprise & Technology (GMET).

GMET department is responsible of developing and supporting the bank’s global markets division (Sales & Trading, Product control and risk management) with a multi asset classes exposures covering Commodities, Credit Derivatives, FXD, IRD, FX, MM, Fixed Income products in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, China and its overseas branches across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the GMET Front Office and Product control practice, the analyst will be responsible for:

· Analysing stakeholder requirements, formulating design and development proposals to enhance the global markets technology efficiency and meets Front office expectations

· Delivering and supporting the Global markets platform (Murex), managing the quality of functional delivery and ensuring the implementation and deployment of the deliverables.

· Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)

· Contributing and assist existing support parties in resolving requests or issues with Front Office, P&L, Market Data, and booking issues

· Interacting with stakeholders to develop practical domain roadmaps to move the enterprise towards the future state vision, while taking into account business, technical and delivery constraints

· Communicating the principles, standards, vision and roadmaps to stakeholders and proactively addressing any questions / concerns identified

· Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in both business and IT to assist in defining and delivering high quality solutions

Key Requirements

· BS or higher degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent science oriented track

· knowledge of most common traded financial instruments is a MUST

· Must be detailed-oriented, a quick learner, and a self-starter

· 3+ years’ experience as a Front office / Product control system/business analyst or consultant in a leading trading platform.

· Previous experience with a flagship Trading system (ideally Murex) is an advantage

· previous experience in delivering projects in financial services – preferable Investment banking and Risk

· Solid experience in gathering and writing requirements and functional specifications in a project framework

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain BI dashboards and NPrinting reports using QlikView or Qlik Sense

· Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement

· Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update for systems

· Create technical specifications and test plans

· Monitor everyday activities of system and provide required support

Requirements

· At least 4 years of experience in BI dashboard development using QlikView and/or Qlik Sense

· Experience in NPrinting will be desirable

For the approved EDAG 2.0 ITC project, Rhel SMEs are required to support EDAG 2.0 Plan and Run activities including installation, upgrade, patching, compliance remediation and troubleshooting Redhat OS related issues.

Key Responsibilities

To support planning, administration, and technical support of Rhel operating system capabilities including designing, developing, and troubleshooting or debugging software programs for enhancements, in-place upgrade for obsolescence OSes and new products for EDAG 2.0 platform.

Systems Engineering and Administration is responsible for planning, administration, and technical support of operating system capabilities. Includes designing, developing, and troubleshooting or debugging software programs for enhancements and new products. Software tools include operating systems, networks, utilities, and web resources.

Key Requirements

Candidate should at least have 3-5 years experience in a financial industry and operate a sizeable amount of redhat servers.

Candidate should have a good overall command of occupational English.

The scope for this Subject Matter Expert (SME) is to support current and upcoming Constellation’s Plan and Run activities including installation, upgrade, patching, compliance remediation and troubleshooting VM and Windows related issues.

Key Responsibilities

To support planning, administration, and technical support of Windows and VM capabilities including capacity uplift, compliance remediation, upgrades and patching consultancy for Constellation.

Job Title: Application Monitoring Specialist

Description

In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for managing and maintaining the application monitoring infrastructure across all multiple platforms (UNIX, Windows, Openshift container platform, AWS, AS400) running on Production and Development environments in Singapore and Overseas Subsidiaries.

Role:

• Provide leadership in implementation, support and management of the Enterprise Monitoring tools to meet the business requirements of the Bank.
• Ensure all critical applications and services are properly covered within the monitoring and alerting systems in a manner consistent with the Banks’ standards; collect the right metrics at the right frequency and ensure the data is readily available for effective alerting, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of dev, ops, and architects to understand complex application architectures in order to implement an effective top-down monitoring strategy for holistic service visibility
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with monitoring tools and ensure high availability
• Participate in strategy and future implementation discussions for the redesign and implementation of the monitoring environment to modernize with latest technology trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 10 years of IT experience of which at least 5 years’ experience in similar role, ideally in a financial institution.
• Experience with Application Monitoring Tool / Geneos / Prometheus is a must.
• Experience with monitoring application's performance, availability and end-user experience to ensure the application is functioning properly in a large enterprise environment.
• Good understanding or experience in Openshift container platform is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills; good communication skills and strategic thinking
• Able to work independently on individual assignments, while collectively with a team on larger projects.
• Strong understanding of multi-tier application architectures and application runtime environments
• Familiarity with workflow management and ITSM tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow
• Good understanding of Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and implementation of same in real world along with exposure to associated tool sets (JIRA/Confluence)
