We are looking for a candidate for a regional role in Operational Risk Management – IT Risk who will mainly act as a coordinator and to handle queries from Business Units and Support Functions relating to an Information Security System to be newly implemented across APAC region.

This is a 1-year contract role to support both pre-implementation and post-implementation of the system, working alongside the ORM IT Risk team, under the guidance of the Direct Manager. During pre-implementation, the candidate will support the IT Risk team on coordination with various stakeholders on planning and logistic matters such as meeting arrangements, distribution and collation of survey documents, responding to queries from stakeholders. Post implementation, the candidate is expected to enhance knowledge of the new system, including the fundamental operations and workflows of system to support queries from business users in a timely manner.

Job responsibilities:

1. Coordination with stakeholders relevant to new Information Security System

• Coordinate with APAC stakeholders on general planning & logistic matters (such as meeting scheduling, explaining background of the initiative and prepare meeting minutes post meeting with stakeholders)
• Coordinate with APAC stakeholders to distribute relevant documentation, survey and follow up with stakeholders on a timely manner for submission.
• Ensure completeness of documentation and/or survey submitted by the stakeholders, and conduct necessary follow-ups on any insufficient information identified

2.Respond to queries from stakeholders pertaining to new Information Security System

• Observe and learn the basic functionality and workflows of new Information Security System.
• Provide thorough and timely response towards APAC stakeholders pertaining to Information Security System governance matters.
• Assist Direct Manager on Governance Operations activity such as conducting analysis on data generated from the system to identify any trends.
• Support the IT Risk team on end-to-end collaboration matters with all relevant stakeholders.

3. Others

• Continuous learning to enhance knowledge on targeted new Information System environment with guidance from Direct Manager.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services one or more applications and/or projects for Retail Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely within VCG, Rates and PC team on rates sourcing process (end-to-end from source to distribution)
• Assist VCG & Rates team for daily BAUs including rate configurations and resolving rate exceptions/investigations
• Perform trending analysis of key market data drivers giving more insights to daily movement.
• Assist with testing of projects and initiatives in rates automation & enhancements across VCG and Rates team, as well as tracking and following up on the status of the various initiatives.
• Responsible for delivery of end of day market data for EOD valuation for an asset class.
