We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our Asia marketing team in a dynamic support role. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about marketing and eager to learn and add value. You'll get hands-on experience assisting with the development and execution of regional marketing campaigns, scaled digital programs and events with a focus on the company product solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology and marketing to gain hands-on experience and learn the fundamentals of B2B marketing strategies within a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Support:
- Support the planning, development, execution, reporting and optimisation of the scaled digital campaigns and programs aligned to horizontal and vertical solutions including Platform events, scaled digital events and webinar programs.
- Create briefing documents, maintain project management documentation to ensure high quality outputs and milestone management. Help track and report on campaign performance metrics
- Assist with localizing assets and marketing materials for regional use as needed.
- Work closely with the regional campaigns & programs team to help drive developer engagement, opportunity and business growth.
- Assist with project management tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Event speaker management tasks including effective speaker briefing, calendar scheduling and management, consolidation of resources and inputs from various internal stakeholders.
- Assist with agency SOW management and general event coordination as required.
Marketing Operations:
- Gain familiarity with marketing automation tools, lead generation and event platforms and campaign reporting dashboards
- Assist in summarizing insights from campaigns and program results
- Work closely with the regional C&P team to drive opportunity and business growth
- Support communication between global and country marketing teams to ensure alignment
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency vendors
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing/communications support role
- Strong interest in cloud technology and solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with Cloud products is a plus.
