We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect specializing in Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, workflows, security models, and APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce development.
• Strong knowledge of customer experience management, service operations, and field service optimization.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning) preferred.

In this role as Data Architect Lead, you will be working alongside Data Engineers, stakeholders such as product managers, team leads, and senior management to empower the client technical data platform department of our client with actionable data and platform capabilities.

You will be integral in the design and implementation of reliable, performant and scale-able data platform and engineering solutions. In addition, you will lead a team that looks after the daily data platform operations and its efficiency.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• At least 7 years of experience in Data Platform Architect or Data Engineering Lead related roles
• At least 5 years of experience in Microstrategy operations (Infrastructure / Business) - requiements gathering to customer reporting sessions
• Strong education background with degrees in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems (preferred)
• knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or other platform
• Strong working and architecture knowledge of ETL and related tooling; Informatica, penthao and natively with AWS
• Working proficiency in SQL and familiarity with at least one of the programming language (e.g., Python, Scala)
• Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets
• Strong working knowledge of AWS specific Data Engineering and Data Science solutions (Redshift, Glue, SageMaker)

• Functional Architect for Telco CPQ, Order Management and Billing Transformation project.
• Play a SME role and provide guidance to Business Analysts on the project.
• Responsible to analyse and design business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Min. 7 years of experience in the related fields below:- Salesforce and Cloudsense projects
• Experience with CPQ, CRM, Order Management and Billing Management processes for Telecommunication industry

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect that has deep telco experience, with good functional and technical knowledge in Salesforce and CloudSense platform. This includes developing a thorough understanding of the Client’s requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the solution to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets/exceeds functional requirements. This position builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to the adoption of the best solution. Specifically, this role guides teams that will successfully deliver the project.

Roles & Responsibilities :

· This role will define the overarching thought leadership and Technical Architectures, that enable and release the maximum business value of Salesforce technology for our clients

· Responsible for ensuring solutions align with the Roadmap and Blueprints for each impacted domain

· Work with clients to shape technical architecture and define and scope projects to address specific needs

· Evaluate trade offs with technology and feasibility and make choices that fit the constraints of the project

· Own implementation tasks from initial planning and requirements analysis, through design, development, testing and deployment.

Key Qualifications :

· At least 3 years’ experience in a consulting environment and telco industry

· Extensive solution definition experience including evident experience and knowledge of –

· CRM System and Solution Architecture design (functional & technical),

· Design Thinking with emphasis on Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprints

· Application and Integration patterns

· Relevant certifications, ideally in Salesforce, CloudSense or Architect certified

· Ability to engage with senior clients in a business centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue

· Ability to articulate the relevant platform value proposition

· Customer oriented and great at building client relationships

· Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
