- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation within the production facility.
- Supervise a team of production operators to ensure meeting production KPI set.
- Overseeing the operation of production machines, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Manage the installation and dismantling of rubber molds with precision and adherence to company protocols.
- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal productivity.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 – 3 years of production operation experience, with supervisory experience
- Able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
