As a Project Manager for our client, you will lead diverse teams to deliver strategic solutions for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will facilitate stakeholder communication, manage resources efficiently, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, all while maintaining a client-centric focus. This role demands a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and regularly report project status to stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, including forecasting, variance tracking, and budgeting.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
- 14–16 years of proven project management experience within a consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Consulting experience in Oracle ERP a must
- Experience working in PMO, managing technical and governance
- Extensive experience in project management, capable of handling executive-level conversations and liaising with global teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and articulating complex technical concepts.
- Proven ability to clearly and concisely communicate project updates and findings.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
- Consulting Experience in the Banking Industry preferred
