Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience focused on data platforms within life insurance, with a strong grasp of systems like Policy Admin, Customer, Fund, and Document management.
- Expertise in the full lifecycle of delivering data platforms, including ingestion, metadata-driven pipelines, and data quality services.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage details while keeping the big picture in focus.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and a strong work ethic to deliver high-quality outcomes.
