Job Description:
As the Lead of the Program Management Office, Customer Growth Engine you will be responsible for the design, structured execution & management of demand generation initiatives across APAC. Successful execution will bring clarity, insightful interpretation, and actionable learnings, which create impact and value for APAC Sales Leadership, ultimately leading to the generation and progression of high quality new customer pipeline.
Your primary focus areas will be:
(1) Developing and executing a robust demand generation plan for APAC in Q4’24 and Q1’25,
(2) Driving best-in-class operational rigor across the team and stakeholders via operational oversight;
(3) Own the execution of demand generation outbound campaigns via the sales teams and proactively report results to the APAC leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Demand Generation programs for APAC in collaboration with Marketing, Partnerships, BDRs, Sales and Strategy & Operations, with a view to build an action plan to address demand generation gaps
- Manage a cadence of key reviews with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to the APAC. Develop agendas that are strategic and steer the conversations to help address key gaps and decisions needed with the VP for APAC Customer Engineering, the MD for APAC Customer Growth Engine and Directors across cross-functional teams.
- Orchestrate Sub-Regional reviews of key pipeline metrics; surfacing actionable insights on revenue pipeline trends
- Lead planning for Q1 Programmatic GTM: align the execution of the sales plays - prepare the execution strategy, align with the BDR teams on target account lists, manage quarterly demand generation plans, campaign and programs execution and tracking, communication actions and review of results. Own the calendar, the timeline, and oversee execution.
Qualifications
- Sales, Strategy & Operations, Consulting or Program Management
- Experience managing and working with complex and matrixed stakeholder teams
- Deep program management skills with a detail oriented and execution focused mindset
- Experience working across the APAC region with an understanding of sub-regional nuances.
