Job Description:

• Support all finance system implementations
• Co-ordinate with business units on the set-up of financial systems for all business developments
• Support integration of newly set up entities/acquired entities to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support process changes initiatives
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, and continually automate/streamline processes to improve the efficiency of various finance processes
• Support governance, processes, and controls in operations for the local Singapore entities and joint ventures.
• Manage, oversee and review the monthly financial reporting in all overseas subsidiaries and related companies to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data reported
• Support annual budgeting and annual financial audit in all overseas subsidiaries and related companies and to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data reported.
• Any other duties and projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in relevant position
• Minimum Bachelor or equivalent
• Be proficient with MS Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Meticulous attention to details with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Pleasant personality and able to adapt to work with multinational working environment.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimum supervision.
• Able to work on own initiative and under stressful conditions.

• Manage the daily processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and internal ledgers, ensuring that discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving any audit queries.
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly classified and supported with relevant documentation.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and accurate financial data flow.
• Perform other ad hoc financial tasks as required by the manager.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) is a plus
• Knowledge of FRS accounting standards
• High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. Oracle Netsuite is a plus)
