- Repair endoscopy equipment, data entry and create repair analysis report.
- Coordinate with customer(s) for technical support.
- Adhoc field support with service engineer
- Train and advice the subsidiaries & distributors on the products
- Ensuring quality of repairs are according to specifications.
- Achieve target of of repairs to be completed each month
- Continuous improvement of Service with Technical Supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Computer/Electrical
- At least 1 -3 year of technical experience
- Good presentation skills to demo in the classroom setting
- Able to do basic skill in repairing equipment, and soldering works
- Training will be provided
