Your Role and Impact

1. Regional Ops IT Strategy

Be at the heart of strategic initiatives by working with Operations and IT teams to craft impactful strategy presentations.

Collaborate with the Regional Ops IT Strategy Lead, contributing to strategic planning and dialogue.

Your Key Contributions:

Play a crucial role in creating and maintaining strategy slides that drive our planning and strategic discussions.

2. Regional IT Governance

Engage with Operating Entities (OEs) to gather essential data for IT Governance.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address queries and drive action plans that boost Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your Key Contributions:

Support the drafting and maintenance of strategy slides for effective planning and dialogue.

3. Regional IT Finance

Partner with the Regional IT Finance Lead to ensure robust financial management across countries.

What You Bring

• A Diploma from a Singapore Polytechnic in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (graduated within the last two years)
• A passion for IT and programming and a desire to develop a strong technical foundation in these areas
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A thirst for knowledge and a desire to keep up with the latest industry trends
• Flexibility to embrace new challenges and tasks with enthusiasm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

As a Senior Consultant with Allianz Consulting, you will be responsible for the delivery of business, transformation and strategic projects through stakeholder engagement, ensuring quality content outputs, and providing guidance to junior consultants. You will develop expertise on specific practice areas and may also support on business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality and timely project delivery through individual contribution (e.g., driving analysis, project management, developing recommendations) and the management of small project teams (e.g., delegation of tasks, mentoring of junior consultants).
• Manage the relationship with the client to ensure the meeting of expectations and allow for future business development opportunities.
• Develop knowledge in key topics and be recognized as a subject matter expert by organizational peers and leaders.
• Support the business development and contribute to the pitching process.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in consulting, advisory, insurance, project management or business-related roles.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Second language would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to work well with both junior team members and senior organizational leaders.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving proficiency, including methodological & conceptualization skills, moderation and presentation.
• Passionate and self-driven with a knack for creativity and innovative thinking.
• International working experience or ability to navigate different working cultures.
• Functional expertise across the insurance value chain, IT delivery projects or enterprise risk management is a plus.
