As a Head of Allied Health, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee the team of allied health professionals including therapists and social workers
- Plan and set the clinical direction for the therapy practice
- Manage the staff development
- Implement and conduct internal/external orientations, events and seminars
- Participate in training and development programme to be updated with the development in the areas
- Identify the needs of the individual client and implement the appropriate therapy/programmes
- Evaluate the intervention with appropriate outcome measures
- Work closely with other departments/teams in the programme
- Handle the procurement of therapeutic devices and etc.
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree/Master in relevant field
- Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council as a Full Registrant
