We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to achieve sales targets, deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As a VP - Business Development (IndoChina Market), you are responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility for both corporate and leisure travel segment. The role involves implementing and executing all sales action plans in coordination with the Head of Growth and will include key responsibilities such as:
- Source and identify new corporate accounts for travel business in the Indochina markets
- Maintaining positive relationships with vendors such as attractions, transport, hotels, restaurants in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand
- Establish new partnerships with strategic vendors/customers/suppliers
- Identify sales leads, pitch services to new vendors/suppliers
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate preferential travel trade contracts
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and new travel trends
- Regularly update corporate accounts with travel industry news and regulations
- Perform any task as required by Management from time to time
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in senior Sales/Business Development role, preferably in the Travel, MICE or Hospitality industry
- Familiar with the travel culture of Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia markets
- Good command of English and knowledge of Vietnamese language is essential
- Sales and service oriented personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in MS Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and project-planning skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines,
- Good work ethics and self-driven
- High level of independence and initiative
