• Identify and define engineering requirements for new projects.
• Initiate equipment procurement activities as needed, in collaboration with the Purchasing team.
• Plan and execute tooling qualification activities with supporting teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (EHS) policies and actively contribute to EHS initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience managing healthcare products is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of project management and production processes.
• Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, support, coordinate, and operate our internal data, voice, and video communication systems.
• Manage network infrastructure—including LANs, WANs, and voice systems—through planning, configuring, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.
• Managing network devices such as routers, switches, gateways, firewalls, multi-function switches, PBXs, and network security devices.
• Deploy and manage Cisco & Aruba switches, routers, access points (APs), and Ruckus switches and APs.
• Implement and maintain routing protocols and wireless access points.
• Work on network deployments from small to large-scale environments.

Basic Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise-level network switching, routing, firewalls, wireless networking, or similar expertise.
• Hands-on experience with LAN systems, technical infrastructure communication, data center networking, and network security.
• Familiarity with multiple technical platforms (e.g., mainframe, client-server environments).
• CCNA or Security+ certification is preferred.
• Able to work at customer’s site based on the assigned project deployments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
