Our client, a global leader in real estate and workplace management solutions, is seeking a skilled Data Center Operations Technician to support the daily operations of their data centers and critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage contractors/vendors in daily data center operations.
- Monitor and inspect infrastructure systems, facilities, and environmental controls.
- Handle system alerts, incident management, and escalations for downtime.
- Oversee service desk operations and ensure adherence to safety practices.
- Liaise with stakeholders on utilities, building services, and system issues.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Maintain and update records, permits, and asset databases as per CMMS requirements.
- Review operations periodically, report gaps, and prepare monthly updates.Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Centre Professional.
- At least 3 years of experience in data center operations, facilities monitoring, and management.
- Knowledge of data center facilities, including CRAC, fire suppression systems, water detection systems, and UPS.
- Familiarity with service desk operations and incident management processes.
- Basic understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
