Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software applications using Siebel CRM technology
• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements

• Maintain and update existing applications as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Must have Telecom Company experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Siebel CRM development
• Must be Proficient in Siebel Products eConfigurator
• Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, configurations, and integrations
• Experience in developing and customizing workflows, business objects, and scripts
• Experience in Application CRM Support
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work extend hours and shifting schedule and 24 X 7 Customer support
