• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud technologies (Amazon Cloud, EKS).
• Experience with testing frameworks for Svelte-based web apps (e.g., Playwright, Vitest).
• Hands-on experience with mobile testing frameworks for Flutter (e.g., Flutter Driver, Appium).

Senior Data Analyst | $ 6000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Data Extraction and Management: Extract and transform data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Cleanse data and identify/rectify coding errors. Develop and maintain data pipelines and data models for analyses.

· Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, using statistical techniques and data visualization. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, collaborating with stakeholders to meet their reporting needs.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in any STEM-related disciplines

· Proficiency in programming languages (Python, SQL) is essential

· Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and classification techniques.

· Experience with the ETL process and machine learning techniques would be advantageous

System Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output.
• To ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of the Customer Service CRM system.
• To work on the integration of video / Voice systems with the internal crm system.
