Role And Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the quality and accuracy of technical documents, ensuring they comply with company standards and procedures.
• Manage both electronic and hard copy documentation, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and securely backed up.
• Scan, upload, and classify documents for efficient retrieval.
• Liaise with engineers, inspector, contractors to ensure project schedules are followed and documentation deadlines are met.
• Work closely with engineering group to address and resolve process-related issues when required.
• Perform regular quality checks on documents to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to client and project-specific requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical documents, drawings, and reports to clients, ensuring they meet approval requirements.
• Monitor and track the status of submitted documents, providing updates as needed.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and the preparation of project-related documentation.
• Distribute, monitor, and manage the dissemination of technical documents to relevant stakeholders

Education

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, those who match experience requirements may be considered.

Experience

Minimum 5 years relevant experience in document control and above for field related to Oil & gas Refinery, LNG, Petrochemical, Power plant & Pharmaceuticals projects.

Key Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)

Preferred Skills

• Excellent team-work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and writte
• Familiar with ISO 9001 is preferable
