Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure technology initiatives support business needs and enhance overall operations.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or equivalent.
- Strong technical background in big data and artificial intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing technology teams and projects, with a focus on delivering results.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
