The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience within a bank or as a consultant to financial institutions, excelling in project planning, resource allocation, and issue resolution. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can make sound decisions to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning:Develop project schedules and resource plans, considering interdependencies.
- Project Control:Oversee project issues, reporting, and documentation adjustments.
Define and evaluate critical path (CP) or other success criteria.
Collaborate with product and planning teams for seamless project execution.
Address authority requirements and support administrative tasks.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive PMO experience managing large projects, such as core banking transformations.
- Proven ability to independently handle all PMO tasks listed above.
- Direct experience in the banking industry, either as an employee or as a consultant delivering services to financial institutions.
- Leadership experience within a bank, with strong decision-making skills to maintain project progress.
- Familiarity with user task PMO processes and methodologies.
