Responsibilities

Ability to solution and identify the different systems required for implementation

Write clean, efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable server-side logic to create responsive web applications

Integrate front-end developer-created user-facing components with server-side logic

Create high-availability, low-latency, and high-performance applications

Collaborate with design and product teams to understand end-user requirements

Work on improving the server-side platform and web frameworks such as Django, Fastapi, etc

Ability to work with Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, etc

Deploy the application, perform usability, automation, improvement and maximise application performance

Debug software applications using test framework tools like Pytest, Behave, etc.

Improve the functionalities of existing software systems

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends

Requirements & Skills

Preferably a degree Computer Science or a similar discipline

Prior experience as a Python developer is desirable

Expertise in at least one Python framework and a working knowledge of front-end technologies

Understanding of how Object Relational Mapper libraries function

Understanding of front-end programming languages

Knowledge and ability to work using server-side templating languages

Knowledge and ability to work with containerization technologies

Knowledge and ability to work with cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, etc

Knowledge and ability to work using cloud-based CI/CD deployment pipelines

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Endur to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Endur trading platform, along with a solid understanding of business analysis methodologies. The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Endur Platform Expertise:
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Endur platform to design and implement solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Endur-related issues.
• Configure and customize Endur to meet business needs.
• Project Management:
• Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Create detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Endur configurations and customizations.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track project performance and outcomes.
• Quality Assurance:
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
• Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and resolve defects and issues during the testing phase.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience working with the Endur trading platform.
• Proven track record of delivering successful technology projects in the energy trading or financial services industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Endur configuration, scripting, and customization.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or other database query languages.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
