Responsibilities

• The position of Technical Support is responsible for presales support to our sales team. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical consultation, system design and system solutions for all sales/SAM for SEA projects.
• Pre-sales activities support including site survey, client meeting, technical presentation, system demo, etc.
• Ensure all the system configuration and quotes are accurate for SEA region.
• Provide technical training for SEA sales team and technical team.
• Provide after sales technical support (project/CS) if any PM/engineer needs help.
• Provide T&C support for SEA projects.
• Ensure quality of services following company standards and policie strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
• Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.
• Attend internal training, improve skills.

Requirements

• Min 3 years or above related working experience in security, electronic or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network and database.
• Familiar with security access control system, CCTV and alarm system products / systems is an advantage.
• Candidates with technical presales background will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Client service oriented and quick learner.

• To be able to perform High Value component fault finding, diagnosis and repair(e.g. engine, turbo system,Cam bus, etc)
• To possess knowledge of Vehicle System Overview with proper understanding of the interlink and Interlock systems onboard Commercial Vehicles
• To perform Defect trend analysis
• To lead Technical investigation and discussion
• To lead the diagnostic Team
• Manage Fleet Management study on operation vs durability studies
• To submit Technical report
• To provide Technical Training and Guidance to technicians
• To Source for solutions to improve product durability and reliability
• To support workshop in repair and servicing when need arises
• Advise and perform in-depth and comprehensive trouble shooting in technical problem with and without using electronic diagnostic tools, raised by the team and perform hands-on repair to the vehicle if needed

Requirements:

• Nitec in motor vehicle and relevant experience in automotive truck and diagnostic skill
• Able to use Electronic Diagnostic tools
• Able to understand Engineering systems theory, Mechanical, Electrical and Electrical drawings
• Experience in leading a team of technicians, briefing and guidance of technicians, distribution and control of works
• Preferably possess Class 5 license (Heavy Vehicle)
