Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, reliability, and security.
• Monitor and manage network performance, server uptime, and system capacity to meet business demands.
• Establish and enforce infrastructure & cybersecurity related policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and data security.
• Support annual Audit, BCP/DR, Backup & Recovery exercise.
• Conduct periodic Information Security Awareness session to drive user awareness and promote security risk activities within the organization.

General IT Operations

• Administration of CDAC’s M365 tenant (User Administration, Teams, SharePoint)
• Preparation of EUC devices (i.e. laptops & peripherals) for new staff
• IT Procurement and Billing

Digital Transformation

• Facilitate digital transformation work in the organisation
• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements from key stakeholders
• Perform comprehensive analysis to understand underlying drivers
• Apply business process re-engineering or improvement tools to significantly redefine process flows
• Present compelling business case for proposed solutions
• Lead/Co-lead and oversee multiple inter-dependant projects throughout project lifecycles
• Manage and collaborate with stakeholders from various user groups
• Lead/Co-lead and facilitate change management initiatives to promote user adoption

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure/Cybersecurity/project management/business analyst role will be advantageous
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exposure to LAN/WAN, WIFI, Windows Server Administration, Hyper-V, Azure Cloud, WAF, Fortinet and SonicWall would be advantageous.
