• Implement continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing waste and enhancing productivity, safety, and sustainability.
• Introduce and integrate digital tools and techniques to improve efficiency and the work environment.
• Present improvement projects to customers for approval.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gain support and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or other relevant Disciplines
• At least 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations & people management skills
• Microsoft Office Applications, Warehouse Management System solutions
• Strong customer service, effective communication/presentation skills and good business analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee, and carry out the onboarding and implementation of new businesses.
• Support the program/project manager with a range of initiatives and projects for both internal and external customers by:

1. Making GANTT Diagrams
2. Diagrams of Project Flow
3. Standard Operating Procedures: Writing and Development
4. Providing instruction to nearby branch offices
5. Handling Important progress meetings and giving project/implementation stakeholders regular updates
6. Creating Automation for Reports
7. Enhancement and implementation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
8. IT's new EDI implementation
9. Improvement of the process
10. Work Instruction (WI) created by other account teams should be created and reviewed.
11. Assist Regional IT with business-related advice and assistance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry
• Experience in plan, Manage and execute implementation/on boarding of new businesses
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, Powerpoint
• Responsible and able to work remotely to deliver key tasks completed on time
• Detail oriented and able to manage their own schedule well.
