You will be part of the dynamic team that is a vital part of the division’s Service Quality Framework. You will liaise with Group Customer Advocacy (GCA) and coordinate with them on the surveys received. You will analyse and identify customers’ pain points (Detractors) or compliments (Promoters) based on customers’ verbatims. This is to ensure that the customers’ experiences are maintained at the professional level set by the management of Client Bank.

Major responsibilities include:-

• To extract the leads and send it to GCA Team daily.
• Surveys received will be via P-Web, SMS,IVR etc.
• After GCA download daily responses, map the responses to customer data and compile listing of “Detractors” including verbatim, these will be forwarded to the NPS champion to follow up with the customers and to close any loops.
• To work as the main custodian managing NPS while overseeing the NPS functions for our Mass market customers who are managed by our stakeholders.
• Perform follow up/service recovery calls for detractors with 0 to 4 rating and customers who gave negative comments in the verbatim.
• To understand the Voice of the customers (VOC) and place the correct tagging for reporting purposes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
· A university degree holder or pursuing a degree in any discipline with a minimum 2 years experience preferably in a customer centre or financial services environment.
· A strong customer service mindset with good communication and customer centric drive to improve customer experience.
· Bi-lingual in English and a second language (preferred).
· Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as a team.
· Analytical skills to drive call quality improvements and suggest process improvements.
· Familiar with banking and/or credit cards process and products, systems.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
· Prior experience as a Bank's Call Centre Agent/TM for at least 2 years and must be universally-trained.

Responsibilities

· Work closely with UAT Team Lead to ensure requirements and scope are clearly understood.
· Conduct UAT testing for business deliverables including new markets or products, application decommissions, operational improvements, and industry-driven regulatory changes.
· Assist Test Lead to track UAT issues, and publish daily EOD test status.
· Perform end to end testing with full understanding of the Business Requirements and Functional Specs.
· Communicate to UAT Team Lead on open issues and defects, run book execution progress, and risks.
· Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail.
· Learn and master TOSCA tool which is a software testing tool used to design test cases and automate end to end testing
· Able to understand business requirements/functional requirements and translate them into test cases.
· Able to execute test scripts, raise defects in tracking system (e.g. Jira) and follow through on defect resolution
· Able to collaborate with business and technology team to Ensure effective end to end testing.

Requirements

· At least 1+ years of experience in performing UAT testing or Business Analyst
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal

· Has knowledge in at least on one of the following:
- Electronic Banking (e.g. internet banking),
- Channels Banking (e.g. File transfer service, SWIFTnet, SWIFT)
- Payments (e.g. Domestic Wire, Cross Border Wire, G3 Bulk Payment, G3 FAST)
- Liquidity (e.g. Sweeping and Pooling)
- Statements (e.g. MT940, Camt)
- APIs
- Knowledge or have experience on Test Cases Automation will be an added advantage
- Certified Tosca Test Design Specialist or Automation Specialist will be an added advantage

Mandatory:

- TOSCA Not Mandatory, but will get chance to learn

Responsibilities
· Understand Business Requirements and Functional Specs documents
· Learn and master TOSCA tool which is a software testing tool used to design test cases and automate end to end testing
· Understand Test Case Design developed in TOSCA for the technology change
· Drive testing delivery as per the test strategy and test plan
· Create instances in TOSCA for multiple test data combinations
· Perform Exploratory Test Case execution
· Perform Test Case automation in TOSCA for identified modules
· Report defects in tracking system and follow-through on defect resolution
· Conduct training to impacted operations and/ or business users
· Provide post-implementation support to operations users
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma holder
· Operations experience is advantageous (Trade Finance)

We are looking for automation testers with minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium, Appium, TOSCA,

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and execute automated test cases in Selenium, Appium, TOSCA.
Provide guidance, training and mentoring to implement automation testing across the team.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation testing frameworks and test plans.
Identify, analyze and report defects in JIRA.
Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies.



Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in automation scripting using tools such as Selenium, Appium (iOS and Android platforms).
Proven experience in creating and implementing test automation frameworks on cross browsers and cross device testing.
Experience in TOSCA and Banking domain are added advantage.
Strong understanding of Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and data-driven testing in principle and in practice.
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
