We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated System Executive to support our System Manager in overseeing contract and project management solutions within the Project Department. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our systems, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
1. System Support:
- Assist the System Manager in maintaining and supporting contract and project management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with project requirements.
2. Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to contract and project management systems promptly.
- Work closely with end-users to address system concerns and provide technical support.
3. Data Management:
- Support data entry, validation, and maintenance within contract and project management databases.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reliable reporting and analysis.
4. Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the System Manager to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand their needs and tailor system solutions accordingly.
5. Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Contribute to the development and updating of user manuals and system documentation.
6. Data Analytics Support:
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to provide necessary data from contract and project management solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to support analytics and reporting requirements.
7. Others
- Manage and support Department SharePoint, ensuring effective document management and collaboration.
- Oversee access control systems and contribute to the implementation of security measures.
- Collaborate with the broader IT team to address various IT support functions as needed.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Basic understanding of data analytics principles and concepts, with experience in Power BI.
