Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for specialized training for company data center operations and related businesses;
2. Responsible for the development and training of technical courses for internal staff within the group;
3. Conduct research and development of related teaching materials (training outlines, teaching PPTs, teaching materials, teaching cases, etc.);
4. Prepare for lessons, summarize work, inspire learners' enthusiasm for learning, and improve training effectiveness;
5. Complete the writing of technical documents and course video recording;
6. Assist leaders in completing related course development work in accordance with market and technological trends;
7. Assist in the publication of relevant course books;
8. Assist in industry certification and certification promotion work;
9. Timely completion of talent development within the industry.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, networks, or related fields, with over 3 years of relevant data center operations experience;
2. Proficient in server hardware maintenance knowledge, those with relevant certificates such as d and network-related certificates are preferred.
3. Familiar with the installation, configuration, and management of VMWare virtual machines, and able to use them for teaching and experimental setups.
4. Familiar with computer network knowledge, understanding of router switching and firewall configuration; familiar with mainstream network vendor products.
5. Familiar with domestic industry dynamics of the company's operated products, grasp knowledge of cutting-edge technologies, possess knowledge in finance management, law, enterprise management, etc., and understand the technical knowledge of the company's operated products.
6. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit for group collaboration, and good technical document writing abilities;
7. Good problem-solving skills in computer system hardware, software, email, network, and daily office equipment;
8. Passionate about work, proactive, honest and trustworthy, good resistance to pressure, execution ability, and learning ability;
9. Priority consideration for CCNP, HCNP holders.
