Work closely with project engineers and project managers to support project goals and gather technical information.
Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including instruction manuals and installation guides.
Develop and standardize documentation templates and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and clarity.
Revise and improve materials prepared by other writers or personnel from various departments.
Summarize technical data and concepts for easier understanding by both technical and non-technical audiences.
Translate complex technical information into clear language for customers, ensuring ease of understanding.
Triage and manage support cases, recording, tracking, and ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
Securely collect and store customer-specific documentation for troubleshooting and reference.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Technical Writing). A background in Mechanical Engineering is not necessary but would be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
