- Provide application and IT user support for commodities trading and risk management system (CTRM).
- Provide application requirements analysis for the new project assignments and market data administration and support to end users.
- Engage system vendors in bug fixes, change requests, new release deployment and data patching for CTRM.
- Liaison between users and system vendors in resolving and troubleshooting issues, coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT) and skin testing prior to production deployment.
- Know-how in using BI tools will be advantageous.
- Resolve database problems, queries and error reports in accurate and timely manner.
- Manage Reuters pricing interface with trading system.
- Manage corporate mobile devices, expense analysis and administration.
- Working closely with regional counter parts to implement the regional application system in Singapore.
- Prior experience in application, design and development.
- Good understanding of process flow and technical support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible to manage user expectations and user requirements gathering in the projects.
- Knowledge of MS SQL server management and Dashboard & BI Reporting would be advantageous.
- Basic knowledge in programming.
