Responsibilities

• Execute data entry from multiple sources
• Handle complexity in data sets
• Able to conclude and report data sets
• Data acquisition
• Data maintenance, storage and transmission
• Data Entry Analysis
• Identify and map the data flow require in supply chain
• Create reports from consolidated data
• Communication and collaboration skills across multi-functional teams across multiple locations and timezones

Work Schedule/ Location:

• 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
• Walking distance from Buona Vista MRT Station

Reqirements:

• Diploma in Business/ Finance/ Accounts or related field with 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP-Up, Pivot table, SUMIF), SAP
• Ability in handling large amount of data
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
• Strong problem-solving and priority-setting skills
• Experience in MNC environments

Responsiblies

• Handle consolidation and forecast
• Data migration to different region
• Data analysis
• Generate documents
• Interact and coordinate with internal stakeholder to ensure readiness of the documents
• Check and verify data, consolidate data, and generate report on regular basi
• Any other duties as per assigned
