REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree ideally in Event Planning, Marketing, Hotel Management, Public Relations, Communications, or relevant field
8-10 years of experience in event planning and conference management, with a focus on creating exceptional event experiences.
Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative event concepts and experiences.
Strong track record of planning and executing exceptional event experiences across diverse categories.
A deep understanding of the well-being industry and the latest trends and topics.
Knowledge of sustainable event practices and a passion for conscious living and inner transformation.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of editorial standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and connecting people.
