Roles & Responsibilities

Key Objectives:

• To be part of the initial project delivery team to architect the solution design and de-risk the project.
• Analysis of business requirements.
• Design and implementation of full solutions.
• Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
• Coach and develop skills within a project team.
• Work effectively in mixed client and consultancy teams.

Role Competencies:

• Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in their focus area (Technology, Industry, or LOB.
• Mobilise and motivate a project team.
• Ability to organize and coordinate diverse groups in complex situations.
• Broad content experience across multiple lines of business.
• Broad technical appreciation, including ALL key SAP functionality and technology, and the ability to assess new technology solutions rapidly.
• Lead functional/technical architecture in complex SAP and non-SAP environments.
• Support the Programme Director in developing phasing strategy, plans, benefits cases, organizational structures,risks, and issues.
• Manage design workshops on multiple areas of expertise.
• Command the respect and confidence of other Solution Architects, Solution Directors, and the Commercial Team.
• Ability to develop HCL Axon’s methods and tools and contribute to Solution Team strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Engineering or any relevant.
• Minimum 10 years+ of experience.
• Strong SAP implementation experience within the Asset Management line of business and cross-modular experience in PM/CS/PS/QM/A&D INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS etc.
• Knowledge of integration between PM and MM/HR modules.
• Maintenance Repair & Overhaul experience within asset-intensive industries.
• SAP EAM/MRO implementation experience - with 1project lifecycle.
• Experience in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects with architecture skills.
• Experience in implementing SAP solutions for the maintenance of assets in highly regulated environments
• Knowledge of HCL iMRO solutions.

Responsibilites:

Assisting in Migration from the existing software to the new software

· Customise the software as and when required

· Training the customer on the software

· To support client in handling the software till such time it is handed over to the customer service team

· Utilize your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution

· Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects related to the payroll software

· Provide 1st line support on-site, via telephone, and on email for the application software, tracking and monitoring all work with time recorded within the CRM solution

· Attend all 3rd party supplier demonstrations on enhancements to the software for new releases and interpret the business impact & opportunities

· Configure and troubleshoot multiple Linux and Windows based middle and back office applications and processes which support trade posting, position/trade/cash reconciliation, prime broker data communication and mapping, and report publishing

· Closely work with vendor on critical issues, system upgrades and debugging, performance improvements, supporting testing efforts.

· Provide scoping and estimated delivery timelines for all requests

· Interact closely with NT IT, HFS business and Citadel to understand, analyze, interpret and document technical flows and other documentation
