Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting coordinators with the proper arrangements of jobs for technicians
- Provide support on the technical issues faced by the technicians on site
- Ensure all tasks in CRM assigned to be settled and arranged
- Monitor the progress of the repair jobs in the workshop and coordinate closely with the service coordinator and CSS
- Coordinate closely with the shipping department to ensure proper storage arrangement of trucks in the warehouse
- Guide the new FSTs during the probation in the workshop
- Monitor and track the ETA of the replacement parts of the cannibalized trucks
- Oversee battery regeneration and manage the used battery and charger stock
- Manage and schedule all the work orders issued by the sales team
- Manage and improve the module repair process.
- Ensure safety and 5S of the workshop
Job Requirements:
- Min a diploma holder
- At leats 5 years of relevant experience
- Valid class 3 driving license is a MUST
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Proven experience in delivering training in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Excellent knowledge of forklift operation and safety guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team of technicians
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends or evenings as needed
- Willing to work 5.5 day work week
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willing to work at Loyang Way
