Handle daily accounting tasks using the Odoo system, including but not limited to account reconciliation, invoice management, payment processing, and financial report preparation.
Collaborate with the sales department to manage the generation and confirmation of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing of related information.
Organize and maintain financial records and filing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance and submissions.
Coordinate with the secretarial company to ensure accurate and timely compliance.
Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and prepare financial statements.
Support annual audits by ensuring all financial records and documents are prepared and accurate.
Assist with daily administrative tasks in the office, including document management, meeting arrangements, and other logistical support.
Monitor and analyze financial data to provide financial insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience; familiarity with the Odoo system and accounting modules is a plus.
Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge of relevant financial regulations and GST policies.
Good communication skills and a team player, capable of collaborating effectively with the sales department and the secretarial company.
Proficient in document management and organizational skills.
