Lab Application Engineer (Equipment Maintenance/ Adhesives/ Chemicals)

Responsibilities:

• Performs / supports completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on all product related performance complaints
• Supports internal and external technical requests and projects
• Completes Customer Technical Request Testing and Reports within the database or equivalent
• Writes customer facing reports for the Field Sales/Application Engineering teams, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Product Development and Innovations or project team
