Based in the Singapore subsidiary and reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will contribute to the growth of the company by ensuring the largest incoming flows of business inquiries as possible.
To carry out your mission, you will work closely with Technical and Operation teams in Singapore and Malaysia, as well as with the headquarter's Commercial and Technical teams in France.
Key Responsibilities
As our technical and commercial representative in the APAC region, you will be in charge of the following actions:
- Business development strategy - along with the General Manager, together with your well understanding of the local markets, competitors and client needs, you will propose improvement in the business strategy and visibility actions. (key markets, services and territories). With the group commercial direction, you also help in defining the best resources to be involved in commercial actions (commercial prospection visits, events, etc.)
- Prospection - applying the strategy, you will identify clients and potential partners that will help in supporting Cetim-Matcor’s growth objectives. With your listening skills, synthesis and reporting spirit, you will bring the most accurate customer need report to the good technical and commercial contacts in Cetim.
- Commercial representation at events - you will identify and participate in the most relevant events that would give visibility to the Cetim group.
- Commercial activities and key indicators follow up - following the business development strategy, you oversee the pre-sale process workflow and carry out the follow up with the operational team. You report your KPIs (proposals sent and orders received) to the General Manager of Cetim-Matcor.
Your profile
- University degree in Engineering and/or Business/Marketing (with technical background).
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- International experience and background.
- Ability to work within a team and remotely.
- Ability to perform with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
- Good personal presentation portraying reliable and professional image.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
- Able to speak French or Malay would be an advantage.
