Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Foster an e-Learning culture and support ePedagogy initiatives.
2. Create digital content and interactive resources for teachers.
3. Provide technical support for staff and students.
4. Guide students in ICT competitions and compile showcase projects.
5. Assist in researching and developing IT solutions.
6. Collaborate with the HOD EdTech on IT projects.

Training Workshops:Conduct ICT training for students and teachers, covering topics like:

• Touch Typing
• Mother Tongue input (Windows IME, Malay, Tamil)
• Cyber Wellness
• E-Learning Portal/Student Learning Space
• Multimedia use (scanners, cameras, basic editing)
• Microsoft Office/Google Suite, Adobe software
• Basic video production (Premiere Pro)
• Coding (Scratch, Microbit)
• AI/Prompt Engineering

Additional Requirements:

• Custom courses as required by the school
• Experience in educational training

Job Requirement

• Certification in ICT and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with school systems (e.g., website programming, Google Docs).
• Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver), animation tools, and AI/prompt engineering.
• Experience in Digital Manga Art Design.
• Competence with ICT tools (interactive whiteboards, DSLR cameras, 3D printing, video editing, AV equipment).
• Skilled in Scratch and Microbit coding.
• Knowledge of both Windows and Mac platforms.
• Experience with children under 12, preferably in primary education.
• MOE registration required.
